How can I access a copy of my personal information?

 You have the right to get a copy of the information that is held about you or on behalf of someone you represent. This is known as a subject access request.

The quickest way to raise a request is online using our secure online form. 

Raising a Subject Access Request online:

You can raise a request from the Privacy notice page for your product or service within the Privacy Notice section of the Privacy Centre.

Navigate to the last section at the bottom of the Privacy Notice marked online subject access request.

What is GDPR?

GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation and is the new European Union Regulation to replace the Data Protection Directive (DPD) and The UK Data Protection Act 1998.

This regulation gives individuals enhanced rights over their data and how it is used. 

When did GDPR legislation come into effect?

GDPR Legislation came into force on 25 May 2018.
