UK SHAREHOLDER SERVICES
EQ uses certain vetted third-parties to support the effective running of its services. Certain of these third parties process Personal Data (as that term is defined under data protection law) and are therefore subject to close oversight and control. The list below contains Sub-processors who support the provision of EQ’s registrar and ancillary services.
EQ carries out annual compliance reviews of its Sub-processors and imposes stringent contractual obligations on them to ensure appropriate technical and organisational measures are employed. EQ is committed to ensuring that the sub-processing of Personal Data is protected to the standards required by applicable data protection law (including the UK GDPR).
For each Sub-processor below, processing of Personal Data will be for the duration of use of the applicable service(s) by the customer, and for the retention periods as set out in the customer’s agreement with EQ and any product documentation.
