APPROVED DATA SUB-PROCESSORS
UK SHAREHOLDER SERVICES
EQ engages a select group of vetted third-party providers to support the effective delivery of its services. Some of these third-party providers process Personal Data (as defined under applicable data protection laws) and are therefore subject to rigorous oversight and control.
The Sub-Processors listed below assist in delivering EQ’s registrar and ancillary related services. EQ conducts annual compliance reviews of these sub-processors and enforces strict contractual obligations to ensure they implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. EQ is committed to maintaining the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR across these sub-processing activities.
For each sub-processor listed, the processing of personal data will continue for the duration of the customer’s use of the relevant service(s), and data will be retained in line with the terms of the customer’s agreement with EQ and any associated product documentation.
